You have the option to make an appointment for a first consultation in Voorburg (The Hague), Amsterdam, or Delft via the telephone numbers at the contact page, but that will have some disadvantages.
There is no guarantee that the telephone operator speaks English and often the waiting time is substantial.
Therefore it is best to use the form below to make an appointment for the first consultation.

Within an few working days after sending the form you will receive an e-mail with a proposal for a date, time and location for the first consultation. Further appointments during the treatment period will be made by my assistants. |
